Maintenance Worker, Condominium Property

The Maintenance Worker, Condominium Property role is onsite in Andover, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pay is $24–$28 per hour. The worker supports Washington Park Condominium and coordinates with its property manager, board, and residents to maintain the property. The role keeps buildings, grounds, and shared facilities clean, safe, functional, and maintained. It completes repairs and inspections, responds to work orders, and coordinates access for vendors and contractors as needed.

What you'll do

• Perform painting, plumbing, carpentry, basic electrical work, cleaning, trash removal, and general repairs
• inspect mechanical spaces, common areas, and grounds
• complete work orders
• coordinate vendor access
• test the pool as needed and work with the pool vendor
• report maintenance and safety concerns
• support project cost estimates.
