The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN. Pay is $39.27–$44.37 per hour. At Estates at Lynnhurst, the RN supports tenant care within Monarch Healthcare Management’s skilled nursing and assisted living network, which focuses on residents’ and families’ needs. The RN assesses tenants’ health, develops individualized plans of care, and supervises nursing personnel to promote safety and the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. The role also supports quality assurance and performance improvement and follows Minnesota Board of Nursing standards and tenants’ rights.

What you'll do

• Manage and supervise tenant care
• conduct comprehensive assessments and establish baseline health status
• create detailed plans of care reflecting individual needs and preferences
• oversee practical nurses, CNAs, and nursing personnel by assessing capabilities, clarifying expectations, and addressing behaviors
• and follow Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Tenants’ Bill of Rights, and the campus QAPI program.
