What you'll do

• Respond to inbound inquiries and leads
• conduct site tours and present catering and private dining offerings
• prepare customized proposals, quotes, and contracts
• serve as an initial client contact during planning
• coordinate event logistics with the supervisor and restaurant operations team
• follow up after events
• track sales activity and event revenue
• support sales goals
• and represent the restaurant at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
