What you'll do

• Recruit, develop, discipline, and manage paraprofessional staff, including performance reviews
• oversee the hospital profit and loss, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and inventory
• resolve client issues and escalations and oversee follow-up communications
• maintain regular onsite presence
• partner with the Lead Veterinarian and corporate support functions.
