The Behavioral Technician role is an onsite position located in Cherry Hill, NJ. This role exists to provide one-on-one specialized treatment to children on the autism spectrum. The technician implements behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts to help clients improve social, behavioral, and adaptive skills.
What you'll do
- Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
- collect data to monitor treatment progress
- support BCBA with family training
- maintain clear communication with families and supervisors
- physically assist clients with activities including lifting 25+ pounds.
