Lead Recruiter, Reconditioning Talent Acquisition

The Lead Recruiter role is fully onsite at Carvana’s corporate headquarters in Carmel, IN; compensation is not specified. The role owns full-cycle recruiting for site leadership and supports hiring across other roles, building pipelines that keep sites staffed. Advising leaders, coaching recruiters, and tracking hiring outcomes help the team deliver quality hires and a strong candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned reconditioning sites
• lead, coach, and develop one to two recruiters
• advise leaders on staffing plans
• build sourcing, referral, community, trade-school, and event pipelines
• guide hiring managers on assessment and offers
• manage team workload
• oversee candidate experience and pre-hire checks
• track recruiting metrics and recommend improvements
• partner with Talent Development, HR Operations, and Operations leadership.
