What you'll do

• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or in person and resolve issues
• manage client accounts and enter or edit orders
• provide reporting and data to clients and Senior Account Service Representatives
• perform accurate data entry
• communicate with clients and colleagues
• maintain product and service knowledge
• collaborate to identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and increase sales
• travel two to five weeks per year for trade shows.
