Janis Development is a small, owner-led builder that designs, builds, and sells its own homes. The project manager runs multiple home projects from pre-construction through completion, owning schedules, budgets, trade coordination, quality checks, and project records. The role helps ensure each home is prepared properly before construction begins and finishes on its committed schedule and budget.

What you'll do

• Complete pre-construction scope, budgets, plans, shop drawings, and specifications
• build and maintain project schedules and four-week look-aheads
• coordinate trades, bids, vendor selection, and schedule commitments
• track costs and forecast cost to finish
• review change orders and ensure changed work is signed off
• walk homes and check quality at key stages
• log decisions, field changes, and costs
• ensure delivery, safety, and site standards
• present schedules and financial updates at Monday meetings.
