What you'll do

• Respond to service requests
• repair and maintain apartment homes, common areas, and building systems
• troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
• complete preventative maintenance
• prepare vacant units for new residents
• inspect the property and report hazards
• document work, materials, and outstanding issues
• follow safety procedures and provide courteous service.
