GTP Senior Service Associate

What you'll do

• Serve as primary service contact for a portfolio of high-value, complex clients
• resolve inquiries, cases, and escalations
• meet service-level expectations and emphasize first-call resolution
• partner with Relationship Managers, Product, and Operations
• troubleshoot browser and treasury-platform issues
• identify and escalate risks
• communicate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
• resolve complex product and account issues.
