What you'll do

• Assist with monthly audits covering shrink risk, safety, merchandise accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• support regulatory investigations
• oversee contracted guard supervisors and electronic security systems
• review incident trends
• maintain supply chain security measures
• lead auditors and review shipping accuracy
• participate in safety investigations
• train and coach auditors
• support theft prevention and merchandise recovery
• identify and correct unsafe practices.
