What you'll do

• Set up and operate Amada press brake machines using drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• load and secure sheet metal
• select tooling and perform test bends
• inspect first-article and in-process parts
• record production and quality data in Epicor
• maintain workstation organization and equipment
• create and optimize Amada CNC brake programs
• review drawings for efficient bend sequences
• maintain program and setup documentation
• collaborate with manufacturing engineers to troubleshoot and improve production.
