Hydraulic Technician

The Hydraulic Technician position is onsite in Phoenix, AZ; compensation is $30–$40 per hour. Hydraulic Controls is a fluid power distributor serving territories across the Western United States, with a focus on customer service and local inventory. The technician troubleshoots, repairs, tests, and evaluates hydraulic components to support branch operations and customer needs. The role identifies failures, completes corrective work, and recommends repairs, replacements, or system upgrades.

What you'll do

• Clean, troubleshoot, disassemble, diagnose, reassemble, test, and analyze hydraulic components
• use test equipment and research to identify problems
• complete corrective actions and validate results
• assemble or modify components using drawings and work instructions
• support inventory transactions and customer invoicing
• maintain records and correspondence
• use and inventory tools and equipment
• identify parts and fittings
• follow applicable safety requirements.
