What you'll do

• Manage and optimize business systems and operational processes across marketing, sales, customer success, and other teams
• support CRM and marketing automation platforms including HubSpot
• improve integrations, data flows, and automation
• build dashboards and recurring business reviews
• analyze operations and identify inefficiencies
• prepare executive reporting and board presentations
• use AI tools to improve workflows and analysis
• respond to data, reporting, and systems requests.
