What you'll do

• Set store inventory targets, days' supply, price bands, and vehicle mix
• drive vehicle acquisition through listed sourcing channels
• conduct weekly operating reviews
• improve appraisal, pricing, reconditioning, merchandising, and days-to-frontline
• manage aging strategies and action plans
• monitor aged inventory and exit strategies
• standardize inventory analysis and reporting
• partner with marketing
• coach used-car managers, buyers, and acquisition specialists
• increase volume and turn while protecting profitability and costs.
