What you'll do

• Provide prompt, professional service to members and associates
• process transactions and resolve account issues
• verify cash and negotiable instruments
• open memberships and accounts, issue or order debit cards, and explain account options
• maintain member account information
• interview members about loan needs and process applications
• balance workday transactions as assigned
• complete compliance training and required reporting
• participate in meetings, training, and community activities.
