What you'll do

• For Assistant Managers: support the Store Manager
• enforce policies, procedures, and standards
• schedule mechanics and technicians
• manage outside orders
• ensure timely, quality work and team safety. For Service Managers: assist customers with tire selections and repair recommendations
• direct mechanics’, alignment technicians’, and tire technicians’ workflow
• stage repair and maintenance work
• communicate with customers, assess needs, and support customer satisfaction and sales initiatives.
