What you'll do

• Prepare hot buffet, carving, and display-cooking products according to recipes and procedures
• grill items to standards and keep fried products fresh
• restock display cooking when needed and assist guests with carved meat when the carver is unavailable
• maintain product temperatures and inventory
• follow FIFO rotation and production guides
• complete opening and closing procedures
• maintain equipment and cleanliness
• follow local health department laws
• and assist guests courteously.
