What you'll do

  • coordinate and attend board and membership meetings
  • review architectural applications and forward recommendations
  • manage maintenance standards, service providers, inspections, and covenant enforcement
  • conduct vendor bidding and contract oversight
  • resolve and document customer inquiries and complaints
  • support emergency preparedness and safety
  • manage special projects to agreed timelines and budgets.
