What you'll do

• Prepare menu and prep items according to recipes, guest requests, and company standards
• use, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment and preparation and storage areas
• stock and rotate products using FIFO practices
• portion products accurately
• follow food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures
• conduct line sweeps and clean as you go
• report production, service, equipment, or safety issues
• assist with washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
• support dining-room cleanliness and communicate with front-of-house staff.
