What you'll do

• Oversee multiple residential remodeling projects from pre-production through post-production
• monitor budgets and provide financial projections
• negotiate subcontractor contracts and change orders
• support material procurement
• manage schedules and project documentation
• coordinate with supervisors to monitor progress and address risks
• provide client meeting reports and project updates
• conduct quality control and punch-list follow-up.
