What you'll do

• Develop housekeeping team schedules
• communicate cleaning schedule changes to residents or family members
• inspect the community interior daily and address deficiencies
• coordinate cleaning of rent-ready and move-in-ready apartments
• train new and existing staff on required policies and procedures
• hire and supervise the housekeeping team.
