Inside Sales Director

What you'll do

• Develop and execute inside sales strategy
• build sales processes, playbooks, and performance expectations
• use dashboards to assess funnel performance
• collaborate with Marketing, Agency Development, field sales, and Product
• recruit, develop, and lead inside sales professionals
• coach consultative selling and product expertise
• manage KPIs and call quality
• oversee inbound support, outbound calls, follow-ups, and pipeline
• maintain CRM documentation and compliance
• partner on workflow and system improvements
• work with agency owners and producers to identify opportunities
• report sales metrics and recommendations to senior leadership.
