What you'll do

• Explain housing procedures and client responsibilities
• ensure required housing agreements and applications are completed and submitted
• coordinate with social services and caseworkers
• maintain client records in the DHS CARES system
• document and follow up on appointments and applications
• verify housing rejections
• accompany clients on housing searches when appropriate
• provide housing education through workshops or individual counseling
• review placement reports and complete required reporting.
