Model-Based Systems Engineer

The Model-Based Systems Engineer role is onsite in Lincoln, MA, four to five days per week, with flexible start and end times. Compensation is not specified. The Wingbrace Digital Engineering Team applies technologies to government software and systems engineering challenges. The role requires U.S. citizenship and at least a Secret U.S. Department of Defense clearance; the position will be at the TS level. The engineer develops models, simulations, and analytical products for complex systems and supports their full lifecycle. The work translates customer needs into model-based approaches, supports requirements and architecture management, and contributes to data analytics, decision support, and technical communication with government clients and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Model complex system architectures using SysML and UAF
• program system parameters and simulate performance
• develop, configure, maintain, and update MBSE artifacts and tools
• translate customer needs into model-based approaches
• plan, design, develop, test, and integrate systems solutions
• support requirements, interface, and architecture change management
• develop data analytics and visualization
• participate in stakeholder communications, technical assessments, and knowledge transfer.
