Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Enter and route high-volume accounts payable for approval in the centralized accounting system
• monitor company card and purchasing policy compliance
• process weekly card activity in Concur Expense and reconcile it in the accounts payable system
• support scheduled payment runs and off-schedule check requests
• process employee expense reimbursements
• follow up with vendors on inquiries and statements
• suggest and implement accounts payable process improvements
• assist with special projects.
