The Liberty Partnership Program Coordinator is a part-time, onsite, twelve-month, grant-funded position based in Hamburg, NY, supporting program operations within a Buffalo Public School serving grades 5–8. Compensation is $25.00 per hour. The role supports Hilbert College’s Liberty Partnerships Program and its services for students and families. The coordinator helps deliver program activities, coordinate staff and partners, and monitor program quality and compliance. This work supports student engagement and access to academic and personal support services, including tutoring, counseling, mentoring, and summer programs.

What you'll do

• Assist with program budget management
• collaborate with the program director, coordinators, community partners, and project managers
• supervise tutors, volunteers, and program staff when needed
• assist with hiring and volunteer screening as necessary
• support student and family engagement
• assess program activities and participant satisfaction
• promote equal access
• provide data and assessments, maintain regulatory compliance, and file periodic reports
• promote the program to students, parents, and the district.
