The CNA supports residents’ daily and clinical needs, conducts regular rounds, documents care and observations, and promptly reports concerns to nursing staff. What you'll do
- Conduct resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours
- assist with dressing, meals, hydration, hygiene, toileting, positioning and transfers
- answer call lights
- prepare residents for activities and appointments
- document intake/output and other required information
- observe and report changes, hazards, injuries or abuse
- follow infection-control and safety procedures
- and protect resident rights and confidentiality.
