New England Life Care is a nonprofit home infusion provider serving more than 70 hospital systems in the region. The specialist coordinates patient and client visits for home infusion services, supporting nursing operations and communication among clinical staff, referral sources, patients, and office partners. Accurate scheduling and follow-up help ensure requested visits are assigned, tracked, and resolved.

What you'll do

• Process workflow for scheduled, missed, rescheduled, reassigned, declined, and delivered visits
• monitor pending referrals and assign nurses for appropriate starts of care
• communicate with field staff about late, pending, or incomplete visits
• run scheduling request reports
• monitor productivity and visit distribution
• review unverified visit reports and coordinate with field staff and nursing leadership as needed.
