What you'll do

• Lead site operations and production staff
• oversee safety, environmental health, and safety programs
• ensure compliance with company policies, FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements
• manage staffing, training, performance, budgets, and capital plans
• coordinate production schedules with distribution and supply chain
• lead cost reduction and continuous improvement
• monitor site performance and quality
• investigate and resolve non-conformances and corrective actions.
