What you'll do

• Prepare cost estimates, construction budgets, and schedules

• buy out jobs within the stated approved budget limit and assist project managers with larger buy-outs
• ensure jobs meet schedule and budget
• review invoices and timesheets
• travel to remote markets to estimate costs and establish operations
• identify local subcontractors and vendors.
