The Line Cook role is an onsite, seasonal hourly position in Williams, AZ, paying $15.00–$15.50 per hour. The cook supports Under Canvas’s food and beverage program and its live-fire kitchens.

What you'll do

• Prepare and plate dishes with proper preparation and portioning
• work across grill, sauté, fry, prep, pantry, and outdoor pop-up stations
• follow food safety and sanitation protocols
• answer guest questions about ingredients and preparation
• collaborate with kitchen and other teams
• and contribute ideas for specials or operational improvements.
