What you'll do

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments
  • design, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
  • provide field supervision and performance evaluations for behavior technicians as required
  • develop new programs and adjust existing programs
  • prepare progress reports and treatment plans for regulatory agencies and funding sources
  • provide parent training and oversee ABA therapists.
