What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for client onboarding
• own and prioritize onboarding checklists
• gather client and internal input and shape communication plans, handoffs, and stage gates
• attend client and internal meetings
• proactively obtain required information
• resolve routine onboarding tasks and escalate blocked items
• track deadlines, milestones, commitments, and account status
• maintain shared meeting references
• partner with Program Managers
• educate stakeholders on established guidance
• develop reusable checklists, templates, and process documentation
• report account health, risks, and progress to leadership.
