The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Hillman, MI, with starting wages of $37.40–$47.45 per hour. The RN plans and coordinates resident nursing care, assesses needs, implements physician orders, and supervises clinical staff. The role supports individualized care and resident well-being through treatment, documentation, and coordination with other departments.

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate resident nursing care
• lead care-plan conferences
• assess and document resident conditions and needs
• implement physician orders
• assign care to team members
• supervise and evaluate LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs
• administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
• participate in staff orientation and training
• assist physicians with tests and procedures within scope
• maintain supplies and equipment
• report resident observations
• coordinate care with other departments
• support nursing unit scheduling and direction.
