This hands-on leadership role oversees accounting and reporting while improving systems, processes, and data quality. It helps turn financial information into better business decisions and strengthens financial operations and controls.

What you'll do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• resolve technical accounting issues and ensure GAAP compliance
• strengthen controls and processes
• support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and analysis
• coordinate audits and assist with tax compliance
• oversee inventory accounting, valuation, costing, and controls
• analyze variances
• improve systems, automation, reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and procedures
• partner with business leaders.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, and experience with month-end close, inventory and cost accounting, internal controls, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
