What you'll do

• Perform teller transactions
• balance and reconcile cash drawers, vault, ATM transactions, and money shipments
• open accounts and handle client maintenance requests
• work toward assigned referral goals
• conduct consultative client conversations and promote bank products and services
• provide in-person and phone assistance
• maintain reports and branch appearance
• report discrepancies
• assist with mentoring associates
• follow bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of cash-handling experience in a financial institution or retail environment, and ability to travel across the company footprint. Retail banking and high-volume cash-handling experience are preferred. Retail branches are closed on Saturdays.
