What you'll do
- Manage technology inventory and prepare equipment and accounts for onboarding and offboarding
- provide help-desk and in-person troubleshooting
- monitor third-party network and workstation services and scheduled patching
- support Development Department events
- manage software accounts and licenses
- research technology purchases
- review vendor contracts
- recommend IT investments
- educate employees about cybersecurity
- and manage the phone and internet vendor.
