What you'll do

• Manage a comprehensive caseload from initiation through post-trial
• participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• draft pleadings and legal documents, manage discovery and responses, and file motions
• update insurance carriers and clients on case status
• build client relationships
• travel to courthouses and other locations as needed
• meet monthly billing requirements of 175 hours.
