What you'll do

• Clean and organize condiment stations
• refill water, milk, syrups, and other items
• stock utensils, plates, and napkins
• remove compost, recycling, and trash
• restock and clean bathrooms
• clean windows and doors
• clear tables and bus dishes
• sweep kitchen and dining areas
• cover dishwashing during specified shifts or high-volume periods
• assist the chef with prep or cleaning during downtime.
