Construction Project Manager

Job overview

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite in El Segundo, CA, with compensation of $130,000–$160,000 annually plus equity. Rangeview is developing a foundry system intended to support advanced manufacturing and aerospace production. The project manager leads construction projects from planning through commissioning and handover, managing scope, budgets, schedules, contractors, and risks. The role coordinates with engineering, production, and other teams to deliver facilities and infrastructure that support manufacturing growth while limiting production disruption.

What you'll do

• Lead manufacturing expansions, infrastructure upgrades, office buildouts, and future factory construction
• manage scope, budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement, change control, and risks
• oversee architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• coordinate with Engineering, Production, EHS, IT, and Finance
• manage utility and equipment infrastructure work
• coordinate commissioning, inspections, punch lists, as-built documentation, and handover.
