What you'll do

• Run experiments and train frontier AI models focused on human judgment scaling, computer use, and intent representation
• post-train large language models and multimodal agents using reinforcement and continual learning
• analyze screen-recording and behavioral data
• build models that learn user workflows and automate tasks
• design rigorous experiments to improve agent capabilities
• own research from hypothesis and data through training, evaluation, deployment, and measurement
• help define research direction
• collaborate with founders and engineering leadership on architecture and product strategy
• translate research into product systems.
