What you'll do

• Analyze advertising laws, regulations, and complex compliance issues
• review and approve marketing materials across print, websites, social media, and other media
• communicate compliance decisions to stakeholders and management
• maintain consistent policies, disclosures, disclaimers, and public-communication controls
• consult with business partners on solutions and recommendations
• complete FINRA advertising filings when necessary
• maintain relationships with management, business partners, regulators, and other stakeholders.
