What you'll do

• Perform generalist testing in laboratory areas including clinical chemistry, hematology, transfusion services/blood bank, immunology, microbiology, serology, and molecular diagnostics
• match orders to specimen labels, sort and log specimens, and arrange reports
• maintain quality results and equipment function
• troubleshoot and calibrate equipment
• monitor quality control
• participate in staff training
• communicate abnormal patient conditions and report mandated information
• follow safety, infection prevention, legal, and confidentiality requirements.
