Hotel Sales Coordinator

What you'll do

• Support the Director of Sales and General Manager with sales activities
• respond to inquiries
• prepare proposals, contracts, and event documentation
• maintain CRM records and sales reports
• coordinate group reservations and event details with hotel departments
• conduct hotel tours and schedule site inspections
• assist with prospecting, account relationships, and negotiations
• track leads, forecasts, invoices, and event follow-up
• support marketing initiatives and revenue strategies.
