What you'll do

• Direct the Property and Concessions Management group
• oversee concessions, leases, licenses, and related property operations
• evaluate business proposals and investments
• oversee RFP and RFI development and negotiate agreements
• assess leased and licensed facilities
• advise on capital and program projects
• support lessees, licensees, and staff
• oversee compliance across approximately 200 agreements and concession revenue reporting
• and develop standardized processes and operating procedures.
