What you'll do

• Monitor daily nursing care and evaluate staff performance under established policies and procedures
• plan and conduct shift staff meetings
• identify resident-care problems and implement corrective action
• provide reports and recommendations to the Director of Nursing
• help coordinate nursing services with other resident services.

Why this role

Schedules listed include full-time and part-time 3 p.m.–11 p.m. and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. shifts, and full-time 7 a.m.–3 p.m. with every other weekend. Requires a current RN license, peripheral IV certification, two years of clinical nursing experience, one year in geriatrics or subacute care, and CPR/BLS certification; a BSN and management experience are preferred.
