Prep Cook

Job overview

The Prep Cook role is onsite in Twin Falls, ID, with availability required between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.; weekend work may be required. Pay is $14–$19 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other ingredients for cooking
• follow the daily prep list
• portion food according to recipes
• stock and maintain food at line stations
• maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• follow plate presentation and garnish standards
• handle, store, label, and rotate products properly
• report equipment, food quality, or shortage problems to the manager.
