Plumbing Project Manager

The Plumbing Project Manager role is onsite in La Puente, CA. Compensation is $100,000–$140,000 per year. The role leads commercial plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, including projects across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and other sectors. The project manager coordinates budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, field teams, and client communication to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. The role also manages project documentation, financial performance, and turnover through warranty closeout.

What you'll do

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout
• develop schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• lead procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration
• coordinate owners, contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and field personnel
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documents
• review plans and specifications
• coordinate fabrication, deliveries, and installation
• monitor job costs, billing, and profitability
• support safety, quality, code compliance, and warranty closeout.
