The Program Assistant, Mid Kansas Division role is onsite, based in Medicine Lodge, KS, with weekly travel to the Pratt office. Pay is $18.25–$24.25 per hour. The assistant helps keep division programs organized, maintains accurate records, and supports client services and compliance. Duties span administrative support, service coordination, backup direct support, and transportation; on-call coverage is assigned as needed, and occasional evenings or weekends may be required.

What you'll do

• Prepare reports, billing documentation, and tracking records
• maintain client and program records
• provide clerical and receptionist support
• assist with onboarding paperwork and drug-screen coordination
• support safety inspections
• coordinate appointments, medications, and case-manager communications
• provide backup direct support
• transport clients
• coordinate intake meetings
• participate in on-call coverage as assigned.
